For the past twenty years, Bill has provided interim and turnaround management services to a wide range of large and mid-market clients, such as Rockwell Automation, Weyerhaeuser, Snap-on Tools, Rexnord, Crown Vantage, Milsco and Anorad. He has executive and operational experience in the development and delivery of Supply Chain Strategic Deployment, Sales and Operations Planning and Management Operating Systems.
Bill has most recently served as Vice President of Operational Excellence for Clarcor, Inc., a $1.1 billion global filtration company. Within the company, he also assumed transitional management roles where he was responsible for the total operations of various divisions. He provided the vital link to support the turnaround process, immediately filling critical leadership vacancies and shortening the lead-time for implementing specific turnaround initiatives.
Bill has worked with numerous manufacturing, distribution and service related companies in the following industries: industrial automation, engine/industrial/environmental filtration, pulp & paper, automotive parts, oil & gas drilling components, computer manufacturing and distribution, electronics and circuit boards, hand and power tools, industrial chain, recreational vehicle seating, baked goods, rotational molding, gas and electric distribution/maintenance, consumer packaging, metal lithography, retail distribution, aerospace and printing.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds lean certifications in Lean Enterprise, Strategic Planning Development/Deployment and Sales & Operations Planning
